Terms & Conditions:

  • Borrower should be more than 18 years of age at the time of taking the loan and not more than 60 years at the time of loan maturity.
  • Guarantors required.
  • Credit assessment is based on both, documented as well as non-documented incomes.
  • Collaterals being accepted as security can have an informal tenure, formal tenure or progressive tenure on land rights.
  • Loans may be taken for few of the following purpose: Purchase, Construction, Extension (Incremental upgrade), Improvement & Renovation.

Loan Against Property

Loans meant for business, education and personal purpose

₹50,000 to ₹5,00,000
Rate of Interest
is 20% P.A.
Tenure up to
10 years

Terms & Conditions:

  • Borrower should be more than 18 years of age at the time of taking the loan and not more than 60 years at the time of loan maturity.
  • Guarantors required.
  • Credit assessment is based on both, documented as well as non-documented incomes.
  • Collaterals being accepted as security can have an informal tenure, formal tenure or progressive tenure on land rights.
  • Loans may be taken for few of the following purpose: Business Use, Education

List Of Documents Required

  • Application Form
  • KYC: Identification proof & address proof such as Voter ID, Adhaar Card, Pan Card, Ration Card etc.
  • Financials: Salary / Income Proof-Salary Slip, Certificate, ITR, Form-16, Banking etc. (Informal income is also considered)
  • Property Document: Chain of Title Documents
